ICGGL CONSTRUCTION
Intercontinental Group Ghana Limited (IGGL) has Tingna Company Limited (TINGNA) as its subsidiary in charge of Road Constructions.
We offer a full range of pre-construction and construction services. The project team has maintained a well-grounded foundation of trust and mutual respect generated through positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
Projects: In 2012, we constructed a 5-kilometer highway road at Kwassa in the then Volta Region. Also, the 5-kilometer Tamale town road was constructed in 2017. Currently, we are constructing a 14-kilometer Tona to Sona road in the Savanna Region.

Pre-construction services:
Through clarification and commitment to project goals, Tingna Co. Limited provides the project owner and architect with control of the project’s schedule, budget and quality. This is usually accomplished through studies and expert advice in construction. Our “Zaidan project team” achieves these goals with mockups, samples and investigations of existing product installations.
We acknowledge identification of project team goals to be one of the preconstruction’s primary objectives. A draft schedule incorporating these goals with the anticipated construction activities and entitlement process displays logical relationships and anticipates potential team goals conflicts. The preconstruction schedule serves as the road map for designed development decisions pertaining to the project scope, budget and procurement. Our approach offers controlled and effective use of preconstruction resources in accordance with the progress required to acquire government approvals needed to complete the project on time and under budget.
General Construction:
We provide in-depth management and supervision of all of its projects, with hands-on involvement by the company’s principals and project supervisors from start to finish. In addition to the company’s building, Spot improvement and road maintenance services, Tingna Company Limited also provides added value to clients with its ability to self-perform structural and architectural concrete work, including forming, placing and finishing.
Our process encompasses an information system for the project to coordinate the owner’s and architect’s goals. This comprehensive system includes numerous components ranging from scheduling, cost control, and billing to job meetings, procurement, and job close –out and warranty management.
Construction management services:
Our Management services provide assurance to the owner of a well-managed and problem-free job site. The team of experienced construction professionals provides cost control, scheduling coordination, quality control and timely execution of plans throughout the project.
Our Experts have knowledge of local building codes, life safety requirements, permitting and local nuances in the construction process that are critical in the project’s on-time and on-budget completion according to plan.
The owner’s interest is represented throughout the project, from start to finish, ensuring schedule compliance, coordinating proper document control and optimizing the owner’s investment in the project.
